Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing the visual and interactive elements of the Buzz platform. You’ll collaborate with developers, AI engineers, and product managers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance usability and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for the Buzz platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into functional designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve designs.
- Develop design guidelines, style guides, and UI kits for consistency across the platform.
- Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web applications or platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Knowledge of design principles for responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Familiarity with frontend development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing user feedback.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for AI-powered or data-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and how they influence user behavior.
- Familiarity with motion design or interactive prototyping tools like InVision or Principle.
