Job Summary:
As an AI and Chatbot Specialist, you will design, develop, and implement AI-powered tools and chatbots to enhance customer support, streamline marketing automation, and improve user interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for customer support, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar platforms to build conversational AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to integrate chatbots seamlessly into websites, apps, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and optimize chatbot performance, ensuring accurate and engaging responses.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve chatbot understanding and interaction.
- Create automated workflows for customer queries, lead nurturing, and other marketing processes.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to refine and enhance chatbot capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance user experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI development, chatbot creation, or similar roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like ChatGPT, Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations for chatbot deployment.
